Stelliferous the stars o'erspread
that lace the heavens overhead
and sparkle plentifully bright
to grace the atramental night
when face of lumined sol has fled.
Sidereals the skies embed
bejeweling where dreamers tread
to render poets' fancies quite
stelliferous.
With wonderment the welkin's wed
to linger long in starry bed
‘midst tapestries all strands unite
of infinite supernal light
e'er woven with celestial thread
stelliferous.
In essence, "Stelliferous" invites us to look up, contemplate the stars, and find solace in their silent brilliance. It whispers of eternity, curiosity, and the shared wonder that unites all beings under the cosmic canopy.
The poem is a celestial ode that weaves together the cosmic and the human.
Good poem. Stars have always been a source of inspiration for man, from time immemorial. Stars visible by naked eye are just a few thousand. But the NASA pic captures millions. Top score
