Steel Soul Poem by alex sarich

Steel Soul

She was a mother of four
slave in her own body
a woman of steely substance.
Hid in caves of torture,
wore different masks.
No tear or smile would show
a wounded soul grieving
for life's normalities.
Why did she hold faith?
with no appetite for change
no luck from him (God) ,
her child bears resemblance
with patterns without pathos.
