Sooner Or Later Poem by Dorsey Baker

Sooner Or Later

Sooner or later
Death takes lover away from lover
Friend away from friend
Family member away from family members
Sooner or later
Death takes us away
From living a life
Death takes us away!

With death
Comes sadness
Loneliness
Pain and sorrow
Sooner or later
Death takes away!

Sometimes it's the old
Sometimes it's the young
Or just somewhere inbetween

Take a look at your loved ones
Look real deep!
Just like it come to your neighbors
Sooner later
It will come to you
Get ready!
It will come

Be thankful for your loved ones
Treasure the precious moments!
Yourself
And the ones you still have living
Because precious is life!
Don't take it for granted
Sooner or later
Death takes away!
