Skin Aint Nothing But Skin Poem by Dorsey Baker

Skin Aint Nothing But Skin

Skin aint nothing
but skin
we are all
human beings
and we all
ought a
get along
we are all
human beings
and we all
ought a
get along
the only color
of blood is red
you are alive
or else you
are dead
the flowers don't complain
they just wait
for the sun
and the rain
the mountains
don't love or hate
still they stand strong
skin aint nothing
but skin
we are all
human beings
and we all
ought a
get along!
