Simple Things
There's price tag
On everything
Your sincerity
Your hopes
Your triumphs
Even Your despair
In such a world
All I ask for is
A well earned coffee
Comfort of home
A well fed belly
Pen to write with
A page of madness
Tranquility of dried ink
Little things I ask for
In morning prayers
From all things above
And beyond my imagination.
