She Came Dancing Poem by Benjamin Chiu Uy

She Came Dancing

Rating: 5.0

She Came Dancing

In the bangled rythms, shecame dancing
With the dancing bangles, she came with the rythmns.

The room is a stage,
The stage is a room,

The women knows their men,
The men knows their women,

The body is a pelvis,
The pelvis are part of the lower body,

The rests are equipages,
For the nights at the top of the moon.

A blazing flames, shows the breathing of an action,
The actions of the breath shows these the burning of these flames,

A thin flow of intellects may cogeal with the blood.
The blood cogealing with the thin flows of the intellect,

But the river of silence walls the dam,
The dams are walled by the river of silences,

The progresive planets are articulate,
The articulate planets have the machines,

And men are with their wives,
And wives are with their men,

And life is never gayer,
And life is never sadder,

And the crafts sailed the rivers,
And the rivers are flowing with their crafts.

Oh, sorry. I forgot to mention the excellence of the title. I was scanning through the titles to pick a poem to read and this title reached out and took me by the hand! ! !

The sexual allusions are sensual and in good taste but the poem goes deeper into the rhythms of life and that is what I want when I read poetry- -the layers of meanings and emotions.10+++++++++++++
