Selfie Poem by Michael Walkerjohn

Selfie

Mutated
apprehension
pumping shrunken
splinter bowdlerized
systematical static
assiduously birthed
galvanic flesh origin.
Unknown mystery
adorning caution
searching saturation
drained demise drowning
insanity contemplating paradise.
Resplendence compacted smudge
etched faux fissured manipulated
fallacy disguised dissolved guise
struggling foolish remnant.
Frightening shadowy drugged
miserable unrelenting visceral
flayed undulating transparency.
Thrashed vapor gnawed imprisoned
saddened stupor cocooned comatose
unresponsive carcass responding becoming
self-absorbing unpleasant explosive.
Cynically conceived dullness vomiting
firmament againstdarkened wrinkled
dimensions unfurled nautilus singing
mesmerized passive beguiling
contemplations. Embedded
tattered stagnation troubling
intertwined essence battered
erratic trapped unfamiliarity
dissipating bedeviled
self-portrait.
Thoroughly
expressive
carefully
written
herein
this
selfie!
