Safe Haven Poem by Drich The Poet

Safe Haven

In your convoy, I seek
In your strength, I dwell
By the righteous peak
Of the saint rebel.
And a glamour of your presence.

Such is love, that it destroys
And adventure so joyful yet torturing
In the wind, I hear responses to the questions I deployed.
In the clouds I see.
In my thoughts, I live.

Safe haven,
How long will you stray from me
And what do all these ruins mean to you?
Affection is a non-concern to you.
The enclosure I seek is not beneath your bosom
Keep those distractions a distance from me.

Push me not to break
And I won't cause a leakage.
Savoring moments have I never
Compelled you to the soul screamers of this world.
Such a disloyal act would obturate heaven.

Safe haven, in you I see my strength.
The faculty of truth is built upon experience
And a great streak of experience
originates from myriad unguided life choices.

My haven, my experience
My safe haven, my life.
In all insubordination of man
Exposing you amongst subsidiary of diminished extinct would be an
applaud to you.
In all bits of fragments of experience,
I must say the world innit is factory fun, but wicked.
Safe haven.
