Robot Poem by Dipankar Sadhukhan

Robot

Rating: 5.0

Sometimes I want to be a robot
And work round the clock
Only to get rid of the human feelings.
Perhaps absorbing in work
May make me forget the pain and agony
Of reality and life.

So now I want to be busy
With work like the machine over the clock.
Throwing the human feelings and emotion
In the sea of reality
I want to defeat Time
By working every time like a robot.
