Quagmire Of Insanity Poem by Aarzoo Mehek

Quagmire Of Insanity

Rating: 5.0

Let the past fall into the deep Black Sea

May the memories lose its vividness

Dead and perfunctory emotions have no place

Don't be stuck in the quagmire of insanity

Wake up O lost soul and face the reality

A poem of great substance. It's not a hidden secret that the baggage of painful memories sometimes gets the better of a mentally sound and sensible person, thereby, driving him towards insanity. It needs the activation of some kind of an internal defence mechanism. The situation has nicely been addressed here.

In this quagmire of nothingness Fondly called “life” Who remains sane? What is the border of insanity? Lovely poem.

always thought, must be said now justly! A big push in my back I read that very well amazingly thought and articulated, indeed sanity lives so close to insanity I've read this poem through and through i stay in my common sense. Gorgeous poem! What a true inspiring poem, dear Aarzoo,5 Stars full vote!

A worthwhile call to shred the past and look to the future, an inspiring poem.
