Poison And Nectar
Sorrow or joy,
loss or gain
are governed
by our past actions.
The inexorable ways
of destiny -the effects
of action are known to God
alone, who dispenses all
rewards, both good and bad.
God's decree dominates
overall including the
process of creation,
maintenance and
dissolution,
even over poison
and nectar
which destroys
and restores life.
