POEM FOR THE FORTIETH BIRTHDAY OF MY SON

Even after all the years
Being with you my son
Frees me from despair
Gives a hope
In the beauty
Of life again-

How I thank G-d
I have had you with me my son
These forty years-

May G-d bless
You and your family
In the years ahead.
