Pain Poem by Indira Renganathan

Pain

Rating: 5.0

Satan sets in
Regardless of sorts and species
On the physiological route
Incidentally to invoke a spirit
Accidentally to provoke a spirit
Bullying the nociceptors to cry
'Paining, paining'
Satan sets in
Regardless of sorts and species
On the psychogenic routes
To invoke an emotional upset
To provoke an acrimony
Ragging the soul to cry
'Painful, painful'

Anatomy and psychology of pain, a Satan's work to make the soul cry. Pain invokes many feelings.

both these pains are intolerable...once in pain we surrender to god..we become helpless..the intelluctual surrendering does'nt need a satan
