Once Again? Poem by Tony-Cemaluk Egbuonu

Once Again?

Rating: 5.0

Can it ever cease
One being one?
That which is
Once one was one?

Can it ever be
seized forever?
That which was won
Must awhile be worn.

Can that which was,
That must, and is
Now be enthusing,
And prized as gold?

Can it warn
Of it's worn out
For the warming
Of that one coming
Or going to come?

One, like a crown,
That must be worn,
As horns, on a hot head
hurt by barbing
With barbed thorns.

Yes or not seized,
As a tape severed
With scissors, ceased to be
Never in equal but none ratio.
Thank you all, all the same.
