Oh What To Do? What Would You Do? Poem by Sebastian Melmoth

Oh What To Do? What Would You Do?

Confused state of mind rocks my fragile world
Important Decisions to navigate
Feeling the icy grip of isolation, feeling totally alone

Out of my hands, a future I can't see or control
Waiting for the emotional bomb to drop
Others hatred controlling what little is left of my fragile existence

If only I could get out of this trap
Mental health or mental hell
Darkness rising in minds cell

Sadness, Madness, feeling as if I'm drowning
Everyday sounds of hopelessness screaming in my head
When will it end? is hope dead?

Live or Die I just want to love in this life or the next
Searching for the hands of kindness
Facing this situation alone, needing help easier said than done.

Talk, talk, talk that's all I can do
Difficulty in finding a listening ear that is spare
My mouth the emotional tap turns on to off load, get it off my chest
Depression in a moment of despair

Oh, what to do? What would you do?
