Of Time And Place...
It was a different world
A world of long long ago
Full of innocence, love and trust
Before the mist rose and covered it
Like a curtain, growing thick
Was it real or a dream?
That world of fairies, angels
And protecting arms?
The ground firm beneath the feet
The sleep peaceful and sound?
Ah, to return forever!
Forget the knowledge gained
Wash the dust from the soul
Erase the scars from the mind
And return to that place
Where nobody ever said…
This is life…

'Where nobody ever said… This is life…' Was it a time before humans had begun to use language? It probably was a dream. Let me know when the train leaves to return there. : ) bri
