Of Ex

When packing encountered
Poem that wrote for Ex.

Words revealed my sadness,
In it an implicit request:
"Reconnect for kids' sake."

Neither with anger, nor
Manly, nor muscular.

Soft, sweet, very calm
I referred to their lives.

Till today's incident
Felt guilty: "Your mistake."

The words are preserved
May even print them.

Shed tears, pleaded
Unaware of venom.

She was all poison
For her, me, children
Shiny days turned grey.

I can say: "Hell with her, "
But do not go that way…

Dispute that she caused
Made me to go, depart,
I never looked behind!

Came to me a report
From judge or a court.

I signed and dropped it
For mailing, in red box.

Kept busy with myself,
Till I saw this poem…!
