O Sweet Lady Poem by Chukwuebuka Adebayo

O Sweet Lady

Things happens that they ought not,
Like rainfall on monkey's wedding
Like a poet's ellipsis withno dot;
Did you see those bloody killing

On yesterday's newspaper too?
But do not be afraid, O sweet lady!
You will always see me next to you
These are what myself dont know, baby

Like you eats your lipsticks every morning
Why you likes me to whisper things to your ears,
Like a child's love for a hug and lifting
Why you wastes hours deciding your wears.
