Why it happens that we expect others to change?
Expectations may lead to frustrations
And the more we think of others
The more we are drawn towards attachment and entanglement
These all bothers
We expect a compliment
But then the opposite we meet
The earth tramples below our feet
O God! Help me to remain detach to feel at ease
All I seek is peace
So let me change my attitude
And bask in the glory of solitude
Bless me to find you in every creation
And smile to enjoy your benediction
I receive from you
And with awe stare up the blue.
