Night Life Poem by Brooke Renwick

Night Life

Rating: 5.0

Steadfast stood the nightclub guard,
who's job it was to wait,
and nab the slobbering drunkard,
passing through the gate.

He will call you out to repeat,
why you're at the door,
cos the band is playing funky beats,
and you've come because amore.
