Never Get Too Comfortable

In this life, everyone loves the feeling of
Comfortable, most of the time.
We create habits, not planned, no reason,
Many just routines, sitting in the same chair,
Wearing the same clothes, watching the same,
Television shows, eating the same food,
At the same time, not much thinking is involved,
To stimulate the brain cells within your mind.
When something different comes up, you know,
Would be a fun time, without thought you say,
I can't or you don't have the time, afraid to leave the,
Comfort zone, eliminating more thinking, from your mind.
Your mind needs to be challenged every day, it controls,
Your heartbeat, breathing, every other movement you do,
Without exercise, it will get weak, which will cause,
Less movement, and more pain throughout you.
