My Children
Pravat Kumar Mandal

My children the nice gifts
And the joys of my life.
In the span of three years
I got them from my wife.

I love their company
Their sweet voice and their smile
They believe each other
They're quiet, sometimes agile.

They share my anxieties
They're pure and innocent.
They demand something though,
Their needs very decent.

Nothing more important
Than their affection
They make my world complete
With full perfection.
