Moon Has Returned Poem by Mehta Hasmukh Amathaal

Moon has returned
Wednesday,28th April 2021

I couldn't express
but it was visible on the face
eyes invited you clearly
with a message of the ocean very deeply

it was never a lust
but with full of trust
you were literary a figure
I would name you a shining character

sometimes, your ail to read
and lead an illusory role
love that you dream about
it is a strong feeling and deeply rooted

the waves were rising and falling
clearly calling me to fall in
respond with warmness
and show it on the face

it was a meeting of mind
and one could find
it so easily between lines
when love was to be defined

the shocking waves invaded shore
you were heard no more
all feelings were carried away
making me sad at a far distance

suddenly there appears a silvery line
defining about our bond and attachment
you came back knocking at the door
as if the neighbour has returned with new love and vigour
