Mirror

Rating: 4.7

The used rags of my ancestors,
do not make me, me.where's
the adolescent I saw
yesterday? has it drowned in you
for good? this one
too despite a beard
is not my original me.in which form
will you show me to me
next time? have I the right
to see my entire being.

This is an excellent work. We believe the mirror gives us a perfect reflection, that it reinforces our expectations. On the contrary, it may highlight that which believe serves to define our imperfections. A great verse.

Sometime reflection in a mirror is two person one is your partner, and you already becoming one reflection when the mirror is broken the other can reflect.

Nor the ancestors, nor adolescence and other memories make who you are today, if you are looking in a mirror. Both the ancestors, and adolescence with other memories make who you are today, if you are looking in the mirror of your mind.

The reflection in a mirror is ever changing as we age but it can't reflect our inner attributes but it can reflect our emotions in our eyes! Fascinating and great write!

Mirror reflects the exact figure of the person or thing. Here you have discussed the places that are deeper than the mirror image. Beautiful poem.
