Mindful Poem by Nassy Fesharaki

Mindful

Mindful

Looking back into time
-eyes focused on "Unmarked"
- (a poem by Tim Seibles)
-I recall the stream
-of conscious
-and flow of long rivers
-Amazon, maybe…
-or Volga
-and how the dried ones were
- (killed in the name of science
-and technology;
-like Aral…)

What a shame!

I recall my shutter
-opening and closing
-each time with a click
-that has looked deep
-into the beauty of life
-into the beauty of being
-into the beauty of death…

Yes, I am
I am mindful
I am alive!
And wish death!
Death is beautiful too…
Look at the leaves!

Waltz!
Waltz!
Waltz!

Disappearing in time's fog!

Where is the fourth axis?

That axis always existed.

Einstein reintroduced it!
