Marker Stone Poem by Colin Ian Jeffery

Marker Stone

Rating: 5.0

On my way to God
Rested at a marker stone
Ancient, worn with pilgrims touch
Knowing truth made me strong.

Tired and weary travelled far
Through forests, over plains and deserts
Climbed mountains
Finding my way to Heaven.

Followed footsteps of Jesus Christ
Heeding his promise
All who believe in him shall never die
His Father has many mansions.
