If god is love then many people are mistaken,
For they wish to find love and end up being forsaken,
They're hearts get broken and cannot be mended,
Then they're quest for love is now ended,
But if you love god he will not forsake you,
If you are living a nightmare he will wake you,
If you stumble on life's path he will pick you up and take you,
To exactly where you need to be,
Which is where you are so you may see,
That god is love and that he loves you,
With the type of love that overcomes you,
A bond so strong it cannot be broken nor severed,
And if you believe in him this love will be with you forever.
