Locked Away Inside Myself Poem by Larry Perry Sr

Locked Away Inside Myself

There was a evil spell cast upon me turning me green and slimy leaving me an outcast among the other slimy creatures because I didn't belong

Leaving me all alone to fend for myself in the wilderness never knowing who to trust or who would have my back

Locked Away Inside Myself looking out at what shouldn't be for me, but in my mind I know what should've been for me

Instead I survives out there in the wilderness where every creature is for themselves

It's a doggy dog world out there, kill or be killed isn't an option, although I have a chance unlike the other green slimy creatures

Just one kiss is all this green slimy creature need to turn into anyone woman lovely Prince

Locked Away Inside Myself for so very long, I rehearsed over and over for the time to come, which I know it will, this Prince will make one lucky woman who is the right one to unlock me from inside myself with one kiss of her lips

Well luck has nothing to do with it because her kiss will be the kiss that was meant to kiss my lips to unlock me from inside myself and to become her Prince with just one kiss she can't miss to have me for her very own Prince
