Living In The Past Poem by Ronald Chapman

Living In The Past

Every day living in the past,
Never forgetting your love, beauty, and kindness,
You remain in my heart, always.

When I dream, I see you; an Angel dressed in white,
Reaching out your arms, come with me to see your fantasy.
When the sun shines on my Soul,
I'm resting in your loving arms.
When raindrops fall upon my cheeks,
I suffer with you on that day the Angels took you away from me.

You are always here holding me,
Without people knowing.

I'm holding the past tightly next to my heart,
It's a beautiful place,
An unforgettable time.

You are ravishing,
The scenes are beautiful.
A sweet time for love.

Wishing time would repeat,
Never wishing to leave you in my past.
