Little Poet Writer Poem by Alice Cordy

Little Poet Writer

My inspiration is this guy called Rob,
who makes my heart throb.
It beats a little faster,
like a roller-coaster.
Of joy and excitement,
feeling of fulfillment.

In his eyes I’m his sexy little poet,
and honestly I know it.
One who is just a writer,
trying to make his day a little brighter.

With every word I write.
my intent is to show some insight,
from deep within my heart and soul.
The real meaning of me as a whole.

Rob has inspired my poetry once again,
as I feel his honesty through my veins.
Hoping he’ll enjoys every word, sentence and rhyme,
as he has built within me a new special enzyme.

I am just a little poet writer,
who writes her words of mindful clutter.
On a piece of paper more for him to see,
of whom I am, honest and true within this body of thee.
One day this little poet’s work may be in a book,
for the world to take a look.
