Dreams of having a life of my own,
Have led me to the road I'm on,
Yearning for a better life,
Where I don't have to duck and run,
Ready to change my dangerous game,
This time, I'm prepared to take action,
The runaway who got his wish,
Money to buy his ticket to heaven.

Sitting on a train,
An eternal journey around the earth,
Never felt right where I belong,
Insecurities lured me away from the sun,
Running out of days,
But faith stood by my side,
Refused to let me go,
When I was going down in flames,
Couldn't imagine my world,
If it was made without you.

Behind these eyes,
Pages of memories have been written,
Everlasting life lessons,
Taught me to live for today,
Instead of fearing tomorrow,
If it's not my time,
I'll live it to the fullest,
Because it's the only one I've got.
