Let Me Kiss Your Tears Away Poem by Aminat Opatola

Let Me Kiss Your Tears Away

Rating: 5.0

Come,
come and i shall kiss your tears away,
under my shadows where the seeds of joy are sown,
up to the sky enclosed with all its showering falls,
come flit to the happier world with summers wings that dip beyond the silver seas.
Come and i shall kiss your sorrows away, free you from hideous scars with a long embrace of showering kisses.
Amongst the winds, between voices,
i shall awaken your mind with the melody of sweetness and put your world in a sweetest strain,
Where thy soul shall flows with the winds and awaken your loneliness into the world of tunes and music.
Come my mourny teary reaper. What strike thy poor heart of such fiery tears?
Come into my golden embrace, into my treasury world where you'l know not tears.
I shall walk you around the nation and free you of thy locking memories.
I shall kiss you and kiss you again.
Make you forget and love me in the mist of rain and sun.
Oo my teary reaper,
come into me and join your straying heart into mine,
where winds will join us with their constant kisses.
Upon the evening as the morning tresses.
Where summers breath the same unchanging blisses,
and watch us in our embrance of morning kisses.
Let my kisses come filling you with the happy waves of love.
The open sea-shore of my soul come rimming your heart with the floods and gales of longiness as one with full strong music in its heart.
Come and let my hands stray upon your shining hairs and shower you with the magical touch of my lips.
Let those delights take part to your heart and lingers in your thoughts of calm arrays.
And till your broken heart become free again.
I shall put my world of mourning crown into your world of summer skies and kiss you again and thus
till your lips crave more and speaks of love.
