Jaruls Blooming (I) Poem by Bijay Kant Dubey

Jaruls Blooming (I)

Jaruls,
Lovely, lovely light pink and deep purple jaruls
Hanging in bunches
Just like bouquets of flowers
Keep calling, calling to see
The hangs-onto,
Tossing of the bunches,
Looking cheerful
Just like the smiling maidens
Unable to hold in their laughs,
Fluttering and waving with
The summer winds
By the roadside forest tract
Standing still and gay
To greet the passers-by.
