It's Not What They Say To Your Face That Counts Poem by Raymond Farrell

It's Not What They Say To Your Face That Counts

It's not what they say to your face that counts
Ohing and awing in copious amounts
Laying it on thicker than butter on bread
None of this matters, but what matters instead
Its what they say when you're no longer around
That's where the truth will, at last, be found.
