It's But A Summer's Dream Poem by Evelyn Judy Buehler

It's But A Summer's Dream

Rating: 5.0

Row your boat,
Dreamy float,
Row gently,
Merrily.
Crystal stream,
Summer's sheen.
Shore speckled,
Rose petals!
Drift through blue,
Sky's with you.
Dark green noon,
Bower tune.
Row, row, row,
Geese follow.
Go gently,
Blue daisies!
At bronzed stream,
River queen.
Soft pink clouds,
Bright hued crowds.
Hummingbirds,
Speak no words.
Peaceful dream,
Color's scheme.
In my eyes,
Hued surprise!
Row downstream,
Trail sunbeams.
Frog lilies,
Life's pretty!
Lazy days,
Green blue jays.
