I Am Sorry Poem by Tauhi_d O

I Am Sorry

Where should the sorry tale
Begin its solemn descent
Gentle apologies, what to ask
What to say! Expected response

The emotions running high
Rushing unhindered, unhinged
Became worrisome, unexplainable
a matter of concern

Everything almost went apart
You almost budged and left
I almost cursed and wept
Blame games? Yeah in it crept

Silence engulfed us
appeared almost on each side
You never wanted the touchagain
Wanted me at arms length

Almost Slowly turned into strangers
And even dread to send the first text
But suddenly i faced my fears
Fingers worked instinctly sent the text

This new change in you is profound
But still obsessed with the pain I made you suffer through
want to apologise and erase the pain

This is as far as I could go.
