Goodbye Poem by keith brown

Goodbye

Rating: 5.0

Baby don’t,
don’t
say a word
Our lips are sealed
Just can’t find the words
to tell you how I feel

Baby don’t
don’t
shed a tear
It does no good to cry
Baby don’t say a word
Not unless it’s just goodbye

Baby here we stand
All our bridges crossed
At the point of no return
For a love that we just lost

Baby don’t
don’t
say a word
Cause I don’t want to stay and
Watch those bridges burn
So I'll just walk away

Bay don’t
don’t
say a word
silence is our friend
As I watch you walk away
We both know this is the end

Baby don’t,
don’t
shed a tear
It does no good to cry
Baby don’t,
don’t
say a word
Not unless it’s just good bye
