Golden Beaches Poem by Jessica Millsaps

Golden Beaches

Rating: 4.8

In the summer,
When the air is hot and tight
When the hot suns light is burning my eyes
I go to the golden beaches.

The water is cool and clean
Beautiful and pure
The sand is soft and easy
The trees sway in the ocean breezes

The seagulls yelp as they beg for food
People play around, falling and tripping, and laughing
The heat is hardly noticed, for the water lies not far away
At these golden beaches

Everything is perfect
A livers paradise
With the golden sand and sun
With the cool water
At these wonderful golden beaches
