Flowers Fades Away Poem by DICKSON MSETI

Flowers Fades Away

Tell me that time have gone,
When a bright future was born,
Was the color shining in the cloured day?
Or the storm stumbled on the way,
Is it that there is always tomorrow?
Or it might be filled with sorrow.
My eye moves towards there,
Where there is nothing nor nowhere,
No one seems to know nothing,
Every heart is cunning, still hurting,
Every soul seems hunting, hence getting nothing,
Is it for flying or for crying?
It is from nature that life exist,
From the universe it persists,
It is from what you make that you live,
From it you crucify, from it you dive,
By watering they turn green and grow,
They become the sign and picked,
After the long journey, enduring the kiss from flies,
The flower fades away.
