Fireflakes Of Dreams During Hot And Humid Sizzling Indian Summer Poem by Bijay Kant Dubey

Fireflakes Of Dreams During Hot And Humid Sizzling Indian Summer

I think of it not the snowfall, icicles hanging by,
Snowflakes of dreams,
Snowfall is taking us, whitening with,

But the fireflakes of dreams overtaking me
With sizzling heat and dry weather
When the heat wave does the drastic spell of it,
Sunburn and sunstoke giving master strokes,
Hot winds keep sucking blood.

No respite from summer,
Hot and humid burning Indian summer
When the sun blazes it like a fireball
And sunlight is direct upon,
The earth keeps parching
And the creatures gasping for breath
And it quenches it not thirst.
