Fabric Of Armour! Poem by Geetha Jayakumar

Fabric Of Armour!

Rating: 4.6

Night unveiled the quantum mysteries.
All the conspiracy plaited in the series.
He knew there was no other way round,
Injected the bullets with safest sound.
Blood was shed from the arm length.
Words of love spoken and shed by night.

The time has never woken up the life that lost.
Does the time give options enough to defend?
Is it today, you, tomorrow may be I?
After all, we wear the clothes of the same fabric.

Mother weaves dreams for her only son,
Was his fate meant to end somewhere else?
Lost him forever who was in his youth's..
Was it by fault or just for being triggered?
Which anchored the moving mob from fear.

Perhaps the same drops holds the lives of many,
Yet life was meant to move forward if any.
Ample of stories to be pumped from the chest.
Who all gets the chance to wear the armor of trust?

That first line was so utterly beautiful- -]Night unveiled the quantum mysteries. Then I read the second line and my heart faltered at the word conspiracies. Then the third line and my heart stuttered and plummeted with the next line. This is how to handle the progression of a poem, my dear Geetha, and this is how to draw forth sorrow and deep concern and condemnation about the worldwide violence. 10++++++++ and onto my fav list

Whoever could think that violence and bloodshed could be the part of night’s quantum mysteries but you have created a connection deep and valid. While our mind ponders over deeper problems underlying human nature our heart gets filled with grief and sadness for human suffering resulting from senseless violence. Good to read you after a long time Geetha.
