Evening Poem by Mousumi Bhowmik

Evening

As daylight fades, the evening casts its spell,
A gentle shift from day to hallowed night,
When shadows dance and mystic tales compel,
And stars emerge to twinkle with delight.

The weary sun, now rests upon the west,
Its fiery rays surrender to the dusk,
While twilight paints the sky in hues so blessed,
Creating scenes where dreams are born and trust.

The air grows still, a calmness fills the land,
As nature sings her soft and soothing tune,
A symphony of whispers, hand in hand,
With moonbeams casting silver on the dune.

Oh, evening fair, your charm, a precious gift,
A tranquil respite, spirits find uplift.
