Evaluate Yourself

It's easy to follow a crowd,
Dress act, hang out where they do,
It's good to always look at yourself,
Evaluate, the years passing you by,
Are you truly satisfied, is this what,
You dreamed; you can try something new.
No one was put in this life, to just try,
To impress others, acting cool, everyone,
Only gets one chance, this life is about you,
Are you advancing in your short journey,
Through this life, or just balancing on a line,
Are the people you hang with, true honest friends,
Or just some of the many acquaintances,
We all sort through, during our time.
Everyone's life has changes, our soul, is to learn,
And experience many situations,
In this short life, we dream through in our minds.
