take shelter in the mind
be it anger, jealousy
harsh words or language of love
grief or unwanted sympathy
pity or the pain of suffering
from the near and dear
or friends and strangers
from the news
or the work place
causing the disease of emotional warfare...
the battle inside the mind.
The prescription:
Your existence, itself, is the supreme truth
which is due to the LOVE of the Almighty
hence all emotions take backseat
they are just the ripples in the water
and you are the river flowing
unperturbed.
