Edge Poem by Tiffanie Lein

Edge

Rating: 2.7

I kicked a stone to gauge its fall
Ten, twenty feet to the aphsalt.
Inside my lungs a biter gall,
Of remembrance that was my fault.

Breathing in, looked to the sky,
No guts to peer below my feet.
So closed my eyes and just let fly
The soul, physic and mental meet.

And with that the past was gone,
Scattered below, a Now is borne.
