Don't Turn Your Face Poem by Sotirios Skoufis

Don't Turn Your Face

I'm inside you
Just by myself
There's no one else
And out of hope

You're my home
I am a King
And I can fly
And my true space

It is the sky
But I'm inside
As you're precious
I cuffed and tied

Myself with you
I nailed myself upon the cross
Became a slave
But I'm the boss

I burried me
And resurrected
And all the pleasures
I neglected

Inside your skull
Inside your bone
Under your skin
You're not alone

Inside your heart
I'm your clone
I'm inside you
That is my home

Where I reside
And if you feed me
I will not hide
Show me your goodness

Towards others
I am true love
I am true grace
I'm inside you

Don't turn your face
