Don'T Put Blame On Me Poem by Neela Nath Das

Don'T Put Blame On Me

Rating: 4.8

Neither on my tender heart
It's your baritone voice
That played the staple part.

It came like an age old hymn
Or the utterance of a priest
An ancient recital of first love
That I could not resist...

Billion times are spoken these
Eight letters of emotion
But as you said i compelled
To break my mental prison!

Three key words thus unlocked me
Set me free in the sky.
Like a sea hawk I am flying
High and high and high!

Those three words are precious when they are sincere, sadly it is often not the case. Lovely poem Hari.

Excellent write sir! And I suppose the three words which made you fly sky high is I Love You! Simple but highly effective way of conveying emotions!
