These are hard times
I do not know how we will get out of them
Despair and despair and more despair
And no hope anywhere
Hard times
And no way to give hope to another
Not love and not caring
I do not know
This is a story of my life I knew in childhood
And now know in old age
Despair and despair and despair
And no way I can do anything
To help or change it in a real way
Despair and despair and despair.
