Decisions We Make Poem by Frank Sheehan

Decisions We Make

Sometimes
Decisions We Make
are hard to comprehend or

rationalize if they
perplex or hurt others
It's not easy

trying to circumnavigate
the maze of life
with all it's

ins and outs,
twists and turns.
You have to be levelheaded,

stick to your beliefs,
your core values
perpetuating a character

that others may find
hard to comprehend,
even confuses yourself.

Some decisions
bring heartache,
tremendous angst - - -

You have to live with it.
