'I haven't heard of you much these days'
She mused over the phone
I couldn't recall her voice-
Nor place her by her words
How could I tell her blank
I am a bit overlaid?
By asking her to reveal herself
And cut a sorry face?
How could I drop her out of line?
Her number missed my list
I applied some good phrases, words
Put a gentle brake!
Asking her to accelerate
On WhatsApp next sunrise
Let sweetness take its own time
Wait until it comes packaged!
